How to Book an Appointment

Simply contact us via text, email, or our contact form, all found at the bottom of each page on this site. You're welcome call on the phone, but be aware there's a good chance we may not answer immediately. If you leave a message, we'll get back to you promptly. Tell us what you want as best you can, and your time frame/availability. It's fine to be brief, but if you want to infodump, that can be helpful so feel free!

Availability

We can't offer online booking or list open appointment times due to how often our schedules change, but because we work a limited schedule, we can accommodate almost anyone's needs. We can work weekdays or weekends, and most holidays. We typically don't work more than four hours per visit to avoid a decline in quality/efficiency & prevent repetitive motion injuries.

Our Relaxed Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

We've developed an attitude toward making plans with our neurodivergent friends, but it seems like almost everyone enjoys it. Both parties agree that sometimes plans are postponed or canceled, sometimes at the last minute, and that's okay. The relief from pressure and guilt actually makes it easier to follow through on plans. We're happy to offer this arrangement with you, if that sounds nice.

We often arrive 10-15 minutes late. Sometimes we're just behind, but sometimes we're intentionally giving you a little extra time to prepare and relax. If you prefer strict punctuality, whether for a specific appointment or in general, we can do that if you let us know.

For regular and recurring cleanings

If you need to cancel an appointment last-minute, just let us know as soon as you can. If you need more time or something comes up, we can usually postpone things by an hour or two with same-day notice. If you need to postpone to another day, we'll usually be able to reschedule within a week. We understand time blindness and unpredictability, so there's no need to feel stressed. If you cancel a job repeatedly, we may reach out just to make sure you're okay.

Move-out cleanings are the exception

Our only strict rescheduling policy is for cleaning an entire home when it's vacated. If you really want to book with us, we can discuss your timeline and how to handle delays. Every move-out cleaning we've ever done has been postponed at least twice, by at least a month and sometimes over a year. It's much easier for a larger company to handle this kind of job.
